Bayside Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our faith-based facility in Florida. You will provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision, help with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, assist with mobility, and maintain a safe, supportive environment for residents.

We require a state CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong interpersonal skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Assist in documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
