Graceville Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Florida. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and monitor vital signs to support resident well-being.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a RN or LPN.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP).
• Assist mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Document care and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support care team in implementing individualized care plans.

The Opportunity

What You Will Do

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

• Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

• Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff

• Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans

What You Must Have

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

• ActiveCNA certificationin good standing

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely
