Harborview Health Systems in Bradenton, FL seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and support resident mobility in a compassionate, faith-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Assist with mobility, transfers and ambulation using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Assist in documenting care and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
