Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC in Ohio is seeking compassionate CNAs to support residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity, privacy, and independence in a home-like environment.

The position requires completing a CNA program with a current license; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Full-time team members receive medical benefits, substantial PTO, and a flexible schedule to balance caregiving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant program completed with current license.
• 18–24 months experience in a similar position.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for Residents.
• Receives and gives report from the previous shift.
• Reviews assignments with Designated Supervisor.
• Reads the staff communication records and maintains familiarity with Resident records as required.
• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, ADL’s, environmental orientation, assistance with other care while encouraging self‑care and independence.
• Provides services as indicated on Resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains clean, neat, comfortable, safe environment for Residents, staff, and visitors.
• Observes changes in Resident status, needs, or preferences and communicates them appropriately.
• Notifies nurse, and/or designated agent(s) of Resident status/change as appropriate.

Training And Experience

Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program with current license. 18 – 24 months experience in a similar position, CPR/First Aid certified preferred.

Education

Attendance at mandatory in-service training. Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification. Meet in‑service training hours required for job classification and position.
