Bayonet Point Health Center by Harborview is seeking a CNA to provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, help with mobility, and maintain a safe, compassionate environment. You will document care and support individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).

About the Role:

As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Assisting with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Offering emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
• Assisting in the documentation of care and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
• Supporting the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
