Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide compassionate and attentive care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
• Assist with mobility and transfer activities, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents
• Observe and report any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the nursing staff
• Document care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' rooms and common areas

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Alabama
• Compassionate and caring attitude with a desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required
