Job summary

Florala Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on daily care for residents in a warm, supportive environment.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents' conditions, and collaborate with licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care. A compassionate, dependable approach is essential to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of Alabama (required).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• A caring, patient, and dependable personality is important.
