Job summary

Whispering Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation in Fayetteville, NC, is hosting open interviews for CNAs. Walk-ins are welcome during the event; same-day interviews will be conducted. Shifts include day 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and night 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with weekend rotation.

Employment status is full-time (32+ hours/week). We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have at least two years in long-term care, strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Required – Unencumbered CNA Certification.
• Preferred – Two years in a Long-Term Care environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain accuracy.
