Job summary

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming
- Perform vital sign checks and report changes to the nursing team
- Assist with mealtime serving and feeding
- Help with range-of-motion exercises and transfers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
- Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to individualized care plans

6AM-2PM
10PM-6AM PRN
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide vital sign checks and report any changes to the nursing team
- Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents
- Help with range-of-motion exercises and provide assistance with walking and transfer
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
- Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- Current CNA certification in the state of Texas
