Job summary

The Bartlett Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living in El Paso, Texas, is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our resident-centered team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and support mobility in a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming
• Perform vital sign checks and report changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mealtime serving and feeding
• Help with range-of-motion exercises and transfers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to individualized care plans
