Job summary

NurSelect, LLC is seeking certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for day shift hospice care in Doylestown, PA. Contract roles of 4–8 weeks and PRN day shifts are available, with quick onboarding and above-market pay.

Responsibilities include compassionate end-of-life care, hygiene support, and timely documentation using MatrixCare. Reliable transportation and PA CNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• Minimum 6 months hospice/home health or related clinical experience.
• Reliable, punctual and empathetic with patient-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life daily personal care to patients.
• Assist with hygiene, grooming, bathing, nutrition and transfers.
• Document vitals and care times using MatrixCare.
• Communicate clinical changes promptly to hospice supervisor.
• Travel to local client residences as needed and maintain records.
