Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Assist with mobility including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.
• Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Accurately document care provided and changes in residents’ conditions in EHRs.
• Report changes or concerns to nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Assist with feeding and meals; provide companionship to enhance quality of life.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure cohesive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates
• Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records
• Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner
• Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care

Qualifications

$17 - $20 HOURLY
