Job summary

Avantara Clark is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join a friendly, caring team. You will be on the front line of our clinical department, providing daily living assistance and observing residents to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualified candidates hold a South Dakota CNA certificate or diploma from an accredited CNA program. Prior CNA experience is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates must hold a South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or be a graduate of a South Dakota accredited CNA training program.
• Prior CNA experience is preferred but the employer will invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to residents, including ADLs, observing changes in condition, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care and support to residents in a clinical setting.

Eligibility

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course. Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Clark by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
