Job summary

Legacy Healthcare LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Avantara Mountain View. The role supports residents with daily living activities, observes condition changes, and assists with care routines in a caring, team-oriented environment.

We offer flexible shifts (8, 12 or 16 hours), part-time or full-time hours, same-day pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K with employer match, life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered state CNA certificate or SD CNA training completion.
• Prior CNA experience preferred.
• Eligible for SD Board of Nursing Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Assist with care plans and daily routines as directed by nurses.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA certificate), certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA training course), or Prior Certified Nursing Assistant that is eligible for the SD Board of Nursing Endorsement. CNA experience is prefered.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Mountain View by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
