Job summary

Washington Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Chipley, FL is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our patient and resident care team. This position supports daily living activities, vital signs, and communicates closely with nursing staff to ensure quality care in a safe environment.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with potential increases for day ($18) and night/evening ($19) shifts, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of State approved Nursing Assistant Certification Course.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Florida.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Support nursing staff in delivering quality care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, observing rights and confidentiality.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Chipley, Florida. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and residents.

$2500 SIGN ON BONUS!

Starting Pay $17 per hour

Even more with shift differentials:

• Day Shift: $18.00/ hour total pay
• Evening & Night Shifts $19.00 / total pay

Responsibilities
