Description


This position provides basic nursing care to clients under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse. Individuals must work cooperatively with members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team and in accordance with the established guidelines and procedures of St. Joseph's Hospital. Reports to Nursing Supervisor/Charge Nurse. Functions according to the standards of the profession.

Required Qualifications:



  • Coursework/Training - Completed an approved Certified Nursing Assistant course or,

  • Coursework/Training - May be presently enrolled in an approved course and perform skills successfully checked off in the clinical setting by the course instructor.

  • Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 1 year - NAC experience.
