Aventura at Creekside in Carbondale, PA is looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and deliver patient-centered care. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and support the healthcare team to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certificate or in process of scheduling the state exam.
• Graduated from a CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs and well-being.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Support meal service and ensure residents' nutritional needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed.
• Promote a positive, supportive atmosphere for residents and staff.
