Aventura Healthcare Group's Prospect unit in Prospect Park, PA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a compassionate, team-driven care team across multiple shifts. New graduates and walk-ins welcome. Full-time and part-time opportunities with evening and weekend options.

Pay up to $18.80/hour depending on experience and shift, with benefits including 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO, and daily pay options; a supportive leadership team and a vibrant workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Graduate of an approved CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor and document vital signs, physical condition, and emotional well-being
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Assist with meal service and nutritional needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Provide medication reminders as directed
• Help create a positive, respectful, and caring environment for residents and their families
