Job summary

Topaz HR Advisory is assisting a Caldwell, Idaho school district in recruiting a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support students during the school day across health and personal care tasks.

The CNA will work under the direction of the school nurse to monitor student health, safety, and comfort, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with children or students with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and compassionate approach to student care.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to assist with physical care and mobility needs.

• Collaborate with nurses, teachers, families, and school staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
