Saint-Therese in Westlake, OH is hiring a full‑time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to provide direct resident care in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. Full-Time | Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA)

Currently Available Schedules and Shifts:

• - Morning shift: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. | 72 hours per two week pay period
• - Positions include every other weekend and every other holiday

Pay: $17.55 - $23.82/hour depending on experience *Same Day Pay Available*

Minimum Qualifications

• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
• Previous experience working as an STNA or CNA in a long‑term care or senior living setting
• Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post‑offer screenings (drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening)
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks
• Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
• Awareness of and sensitivity to residents’ individual needs, interests, and abilities
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident‑centered customer service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
