We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and state-certified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care and support services to clients in their homes or community-based settings. CNAs play a vital role in supporting daily living activities and promoting the health, safety, and independence of individuals served under Georgia Medicaid programs such as CCSP and SOURCE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
2. Support mobility and transfers using proper safety techniques and assistive devices.
3. Prepare meals and support clients with feeding, as needed, following dietary guidelines.
4. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
5. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
6. Observe and report changes in clients’ physical or mental condition to supervising staff.
7. Accurately complete daily documentation and service logs in compliance with Medicaid requirements.
8. Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

1. Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant by the State of Georgia and listed on the Georgia CNA Registry.
2. Ability to pass a background check, TB screening, and drug test, as required by state regulations.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing respectful, client-centered care.
4. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes as needed.
