Job summary

Progressive Care Center, a Frontline group facility in Colorado, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will deliver high-quality resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting daily living activities and comfort for residents.

The schedule is Sun-Mon-Tues 6a-6p and Wed-Fri-Sat 6a-6p. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $22.00 per hour with benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required or equivalent certification.
• Ability to work under RN supervision.
• Experience delivering daily resident care with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily care to residents as directed by the Charge Nurse.
• Support residents with ADLs: hygiene, mobility, nutrition, hydration.
• Follow and update individual Plans of Care.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and requests.
• Monitor skin condition and signs of pressure areas.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities.
• Foster a supportive and respectful environment.

Schedule: Sun-Mon-Tues 6a-6p and Wed-Fri-Sat 6a-6p
About the Role: As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality care and support with compassion and respect. Working closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll ensure residents’ comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily care to residents as directed by the Charge Nurse
• Support residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and hydration
• Ensure individual Plans of Care are followed and updated as needed
• Promptly respond to resident calls and requests
• Monitor and report changes in skin condition or signs of pressure areas
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities, as assigned
• Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and coworkers
