Haxtun Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team in Colorado. You will provide hands-on patient care in the Extended Care Unit, supporting physical and emotional needs while assisting with daily operations.

The role is full-time, evenings, with shift differentials. CNA certification in Colorado and BLS are required; previous CNA experience is preferred. Application deadline is November 22, 2026.

Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care to patients in our Extended Care Unit. Working alongside our nursing team, you’ll support patients’ physical and emotional needs while assisting with the day-to-day operations. • Term Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
