Job summary

Haxtun Health is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Extended Care Unit team. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and support the nursing staff with daily tasks.

The role requires a current Colorado CNA certification, a High School diploma or equivalent, and BLS. Evening shift is 2pm-10pm, with differential pay for nights and weekends. Applications due 2026-09-30.

• Position Status: Part-time, non-exempt
• Shift: Evening (2pm-10pm)
• Shift Differentials: Nights = +10% of base wage (after 6pm), Weekends = +15% of base wage
