Job summary

Heritage Woods of Sterling is seeking a part-time CNA to provide individualized resident care on the 2nd shift in Sterling, IL. Duties include assisting with ADLs, following care plans, and maintaining resident dignity.

Responsibilities include reporting health changes, engaging with residents and families, and participating in ongoing training while upholding confidentiality and privacy of resident information. Benefits accompany this role and support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
