Job summary

Heritage Woods of South Elgin seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on the 2nd shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support independence, and communicate changes in health status to the clinical team with compassion.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
