Job summary

Paycom is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver individualized care in accordance with each resident’s care plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living to promote independence while maintaining dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team with empathy and professionalism.

You will engage residents and families warmly, supporting learning opportunities and privacy compliance, while performing additional duties as needed in a supportive caregiving environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
