Job summary

Paycom is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant in Benton, IL to provide compassionate, resident-centered care under the guidance of the clinical team. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health status, and document changes while maintaining confidentiality and dignity for each resident.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
