Job summary

Heritage Woods of Benton is seeking a part-time CNA to provide compassionate resident care in Benton, IL. You will support activities of daily living, communicate with residents and families, and follow care plans while maintaining dignity and privacy. This role offers ongoing training, team collaboration, and a focus on resident well-being.

Applicants must be a certified CNA and have a high school diploma or GED, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver personalized care.

Qualifications

• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Details: Job Location: Heritage Woods of Benton - Benton, IL, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $17.50 - $17.50Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
