Reflections Retirement Community in New Whiteland, IN is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care and assist residents with daily activities while promoting independence. Team members will engage in continuous learning through seminars and comply with all regulations regarding resident privacy.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates with current CNA certification who can connect meaningfully with residents and their families. Benefits include medical, dental, vision packages, and a 401(k) employer match.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
