Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide individualized care per resident care plans in our facilities. You will support ADLs with a focus on independence and dignity, and promptly report any health status changes to the clinical team.

You will engage with residents and families compassionately, creating a positive experience. You will also participate in ongoing education and team meetings to support your professional development and compliance with confidentiality and

Competenze

• CNA certification from an accredited program is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
