Gardant Management Solutions is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care per each resident’s plan and assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity. You will report health changes to the clinical team and engage residents and families with empathy, building a lasting, positive experience.

Ongoing education and staff meetings are encouraged, and strict confidentiality of resident information is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.
