Gardant-Management-Solution seeks a dedicated CNA to provide personalized care per each resident's plan. You will assist with ADLs, promoting independence while preserving dignity, and you will engage with residents and families with warmth and respect.

You will report health changes to the clinical team, participate in ongoing education, and uphold confidentiality and privacy standards. This role supports work-life balance with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate love, compassion, and dignity in care.
