Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, Missouri is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join a growing, team-oriented skilled nursing and rehabilitation community where residents’ well-being comes first.

As a CNA you’ll help with ADLs, provide compassionate care, respond to call lights, and work with licensed nurses to ensure dignity and safety. Training is provided; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• New grads welcome - training provided.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Keep residents clean, dry, and comfortable.
• Make beds and maintain a clean environment.
• Assist with positioning and mobility.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in shift reports and follow direction from licensed nurses.
• Deliver care with dignity and respect.

CNA Responsibilities:
