Job summary

Gardant is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant in Goshen, IN to deliver personalized resident care according to care plans and to support daily activities with compassion and dignity.

The role emphasizes strong communication with residents and families, adherence to privacy rules, and participation in ongoing training and team meetings to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.
