Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Goshen, IN is seeking a Full Time CNA for the 2nd shift to deliver personalized resident care per each care plan, assist with ADLs, and report changes to the clinical team. The requirements include a High School diploma or GED and an accredited CNA certification; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus a compassionate, dignified approach.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan


• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity


• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team


• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience

Qualifications
