Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Plainfield, IN is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our 2nd shift team. You will deliver personalized resident care according to each care plan and assist with daily living activities to promote independence and dignity.

You will report changes to the clinical team, engage with residents and families compassionately, and participate in ongoing training and staff meetings. Comprehensive benefits and paid time off are available, with eligibility based on status.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
