Reflections Retirement Community in Zionsville, IN is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver resident care according to care plans and support ADLs in a respectful, dignified manner.

The full-time position offers hourly pay of $21.50 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) with employer match, EAP & wellness programs, paid time off, and more for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful manner.
• Participate in educational seminars and staff meetings for ongoing learning.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules regarding resident information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
