Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in ongoing learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules regarding resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
