Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Noblesville, IN is hiring a CNA for full-time, 2nd shift, with a hourly wage of $17.50-$19.00. You will follow each resident’s care plan to provide ADL support with compassion and dignity, while reporting health changes to the clinical team and engaging with residents and families.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED and a current CNA certification, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care per each resident’s care plan.

• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
