Job summary

Marquis Place of Concordia in Concordia, KS is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNA). FT and PRN positions available, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs. Shifts include 6:00am–6:00pm day and 6:00pm–6:00am night, with a rotation schedule across weeks.

Responsibilities include routine nursing care, meal service, and maintaining a warm, respectful environment for residents. Excellent teamwork and professionalism are expected; the facility emphasizes dignity, security, and premium

Qualifications

• Must have current Kansas CNA certification.
• Excellent time management and reliability.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursingcare and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan,and as may be directed by your supervisors
• Prepare and serve meals to residents
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned bynursing management
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth,personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment
• Always exercise courtesy whenever residents,family members and visitors are present
• Demonstrate pride in Marquis Place by keepingareas clean and safe
• Demonstrate ongoing responsibility andcommitment through good attendance and by being on time to work
• Respect the privacy and dignity of residents

Job Qualifications

• Previousjob experience preferred, but not required
• Musthave a current CNA certification in the State of Kansas
• Musthave excellent time management skills and be able to meet deadlines
• Mustbe able to maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude withresidents, visitors, and co-workers
• Mustbe able to stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs throughoutthe shift
