Marquis Place Concordia is hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMA) at MarquisPlace of Concordia in Concordia, KS. FT and PRN positions available with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time med Aides. Day shift 6:00am-6:00pm and night shift 6:00pm-6:00am.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas CMA/CNA certification required or preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Able to maintain a courteous and helpful attitude with residents and staff.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during shift.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and provides routine nursing care per care plan.
• Performs duties as Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) as directed by supervisors.
• Maintains warm, personal, and calm environment for residents.
• Demonstrates courtesy to residents, families, and visitors.
• Keeps areas clean and safe; takes pride in Marquis Place.
• Respects residents' privacy and dignity.

Job Responsibilities

• Administersmedications and provides residents with routine daily nursing care andservices in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, andas may be directed by supervisors
• Performsother nursing duties as assigned by nursing management including workingas a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)
• Createsand maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positiveemphasis, as well as a calm environment
• Alwaysexercises courtesy when residents, family members, and visitors arepresent

Job Qualifications

• Previousjob experience preferred but not required
• Musthave a current CNA/CMA certification in the State of Kansas

• Mustbe able to stand, bend, stoop, lift and carry up to 50lbs throughout theshift
