Job summary

Evercare of Breese in Breese, IL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our clinical team. You will assist residents with daily needs, monitor health, and support well-being in a warm long-term care setting.

We offer a FT Evening shift with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, and strong benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid CNA Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct Resident Support: Assist with daily needs including bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility with a gentle and respectful touch.
• Attentive Monitoring: Carefully track vitals and behavior, reporting to medical staff as needed.
• Promoting Well-being: Support residents in exercise and social activities to enhance holistic welfare.
• Flexible Schedules: Full-time and Part-time roles available.
• Shifts: Evening.
• Hours: 16 - 40 hours per week.
• Setting: A supportive Long-Term Care and Nursing Home environment.
• Extra Earning Potential: Bonus opportunities, shift differentials for evening and night shifts and overtime pay.
