ALCOEUR GARDENS AT TOMS RIVER LLC is seeking caregivers for full-time and part-time positions to assist 19 residents with their daily living activities. Responsibilities include providing companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, along with operating necessary medical equipment.

The role offers flexibility with shifts available from 11 pm to 7 am, 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and per diem options. Benefits include health insurance and in-house training for the CMA course.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting residents with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Strong interpersonal skills for providing companionship.
• Knowledge of basic cooking and nutritional needs.
• Ability to maintain clean and organized living spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist 19 residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment.
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and dietary needs while maintaining proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
• Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary for patient mobility.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
• Full-time hours being offered for the 11 pm - 7 am shift IMMEDIATE HIRE
• PART - TIME 7 AM - 3 PM & 3 PM - 11 PM
• PER DIEM - MULTIPLE SHIFTS
