Job summary

ALCOEUR GARDENS AT TOMS RIVER LLC in Toms River, NJ, seeks a dedicated CMA to assist residents with ADLs, mobility, and daily care during the 11 pm–7 am shift. You’ll provide companionship, help with meals, light housekeeping, and maintain HIPAA standards with immediate hire and part-time options for other shifts.

This is a full-time overnight role with opportunities for advancement and in-house CMA training. Join a caring team committed to resident well‑being and dignity.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with meals, nutrition and dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Operate Hoyer lifts and other medical equipment safely.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility.
• Provide compassionate resident care and companionship.
• Prepare meals and monitor dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Operate assistive devices like Hoyer lifts.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and resident confidentiality.
• Immediate hire for 11pm–7am shift; full-time option available.
• Part-time options: 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm

Responsibilities

• Assist 19 residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment.
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and dietary needs while maintaining proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
• Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary for patient mobility.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
• Full Time Hours being offered for the 11 pm - 7 am shift IMMEDIATE HIRE
• PART - TIME 7 AM - 3 PM & 3 PM - 11 PM
