Job summary

ALCOEUR GARDENS AT TOMS RIVER LLC is hiring for a position that assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), providing companionship and support. Full-time hours include an 11 pm - 7 am shift, with part-time options available from 7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 11 pm.

The role involves light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Notably, employees can take the CMA course in-house. Immediate hire is available.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Ability to provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Knowledge in meal preparation and maintaining proper nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive environment.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning and laundry.
• Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Assist 19 residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment.

Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and dietary needs while maintaining proper nutrition.

Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.

Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary for patient mobility.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

Full-time hours being offered for the 11 pm - 7 am shift IMMEDIATE HIRE
