Job summary

ALCOEUR GARDENS AT TOMS RIVER LLC in Toms River is seeking dedicated staff to assist residents with daily living activities. This full-time position offers compelling hours, including a shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, and opportunities for part-time work from 7 AM to 3 PM or 3 PM to 11 PM.

Employees will assist with meal preparation, provide emotional support, and help maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents. Training is provided for the CMA certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing support for activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Knowledge of proper nutrition and dietary needs.
• Ability to operate medical equipment like Hoyer lifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist 19 residents with daily living activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping including cleaning and laundry.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist 19 residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment.
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and dietary needs while maintaining proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
• Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary for patient mobility.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

Full Time Hours being offered for the 11 pm - 7 am shift IMMEDIATE HIRE

PART - TIME 7 AM - 3 PM & 3 PM - 11 PM

Training & Certification

We offer employees the CMA (Certified Medication Aide) course in-house.
