• Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential.
• Experience in inpatient settings or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with personal hygiene (bed baths, shaving) and daily care tasks.
• Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake; assist feeding and nutrition supplements.
• Make beds and maintain residents' space clean and tidy; transport residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores and maintain confidentiality of all data.

• Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Requirements

• Previous experience in inpatient settings or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential.
• Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including ICU settings if required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
• State certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
