Qualifications

• State certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
• Experience in inpatient settings or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology essential.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including ICU settings if required.

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents

• Providing personal hygiene care (bed baths, shaving, etc.)
• Setting up meal trays and documenting intake
• Feeding Residents and providing nutritional supplements
• Making beds and keeping spaces clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden Residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining confidentiality of all Resident data

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential.
• Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including ICU settings if required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
• State certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
