Job summary

Galleria Woods Senior Living in Hoover, AL is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our skilled nursing team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and deliver quality care in a low-ratio setting that supports building meaningful relationships with residents.

We offer a $1,500 retention bonus, Daily Pay, and competitive pay of $16.00-$18.50 per hour for full-time day shifts. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; Alabama CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama CNA certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• At least one year of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care).
• Help residents with meals, mobility, and transportation to activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, or eating habits.
• Support resident independence, dignity, and comfort.
• Provide care that meets company, state, and federal standards.

Galleria Woods Senior Living is looking for compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional Skilled Nursing team. With a 30-bed Skilled Nursing Unit and low resident-to-staff ratios, you'll have the time and support to provide personalized care while building meaningful relationships with residents.

Available Shifts

Full-Time Days

• 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and every other weekend
• $1,500 Retention Bonus

PRN/Per Diem

• Days: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Nights: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.50 per hour (Based on experience)

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping residents with meals, mobility, and transportation to activities

What We're Looking For
